Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

Mind Sprint is a free brain-training games platform available at mindsprint.games. This policy explains what data we collect from you, why we collect it, and how you stay in control of it.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the games and save your progress:

We never collect: your real name, phone number, postal address, or any payment details — the platform is entirely free with no purchases.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. Ever.

4. Service providers

We rely on established third-party services to operate the platform:

Visitor analytics

We need to know how many people visit and which games get played, so we can decide what to build next. That is why we picked an analytics service that respects your privacy: it sets no cookies on your device, builds no profile of you, does not follow you across other sites, and does not store your IP address.

What is collected is aggregate and not tied to any person: visit counts, pages opened, country, device type, and the site a visitor arrived from. Neither we nor the provider can identify you from it.

5. Local storage in your browser

We use browser local storage to remember things like your guest progress, sound preference, chosen language, and the puzzle you were mid-way through so it is not lost when you refresh. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time from your browser settings.

Since the platform became installable as an app, your browser also keeps a copy of the site's pages and files so they load faster and work offline. That copy is purely technical, lives on your device, contains no personal data, and disappears when you uninstall the app or clear the site's data in your browser.

6. Advertising

The platform currently displays no advertising. If we introduce ads in future (through Google AdSense, for example), we will update this page before enabling them, and ad networks may use cookies to serve more relevant advertising. You can always manage your Google ad preferences at Google Ads Settings.

7. Children and family use

Our games are suitable for all ages and contain no inappropriate material. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child created an account whose data you would like removed, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Data security

All traffic is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Data is stored in Google Firebase under strict security rules that allow each user to access only their own records. That said, no system on the internet can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as new features are added. The last-updated date always appears at the top of this page, and any material changes will be published here before taking effect.
